Dr. Layser serves as the Radiation Oncologist at the Cancer Treatment Center of Riverside Regional Medical Center. He received a B.S. in Economics from Lehigh University and received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a past president of the Peninsula Unit of the American Cancer Society and currently serves on the James River Cancer Center Institutional Review Board and the Riverside Regional Medical Center Radiation Safety Committee. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and his subspecialty is Therapeutic Radiology.
